1991 Rückschlag im Agrarsektor. Entwicklung der Land- und Forstwirtschaft 1991 in den Bundesländern

Abstract

Die Land- und Forstwirtschaft hat 1991 – nach zwei guten Jahren – einen Rückschlag erlitten. Produktion und Wertschöpfung sind gesunken. Auch die Agrareinkommen fielen zurück, die Abwanderung hat sich beschleunigt. Der Wert der agrarischen Endproduktion blieb in allen Bundesländern außer Wien unter dem Vorjahresniveau. In der Steiermark stagnierten die Erträge, in Wien waren sie dank einer positiven Entwicklung im Gartenbau höher als 1990. Im Osten Österreichs waren die Einbußen geringer als im Westen. Das regionale Entwicklungsmuster wurde primär durch eine scharfe Rücknahme des Holzeinschlags als Reaktion auf die hohen Sturmschäden des Vorjahres geprägt. In Vorarlberg (–11½) und Oberösterreich (–10%) fiel der agrarische Rohertrag am stärksten zurück.
