Beschäftigung und Bildung im Wandel

Abstract

Basierend auf der Entwicklung der Erwerbstätigkeit nach Branchen und dem Wandel der Bildungsstruktur innerhalb der Branchen in den siebziger und achtziger Jahren wurde die Nachfrage nach Arbeitskräften und ihrer Qualifikation bis zum Jahr 2000 projiziert. Eine Gegenüberstellung dieses Nachfrageszenarios mit der Angebotsprognose – bis zum Jahr 2000 werden sich institutionelle Umschichtungen im Bereich des Ausbildungssystems nur geringfügig auf die Qualifikationsstruktur der meisten Erwerbstätigen auswirken – zeigt, daß in keiner umfassenden Ausbildungsstufe Angebotsengpässen zu erwarten sein dürften. Jede Qualifikationsstufe wird einen Überschuß an Arbeitskräften aufweisen. Die Heranführung der Qualifikation der Arbeitskräfte an die technologischen und organisatorischen Möglichkeiten, gegeben durch die revolutionären Änderungen in diesem Bereich, ist eine Herausforderung, der über laufende Weiterbildung der Arbeitskräfte und Arbeitslosen innerhalb und außerhalb der Betriebe begegnet werden sollte.
