Außenhandel Österreichs mit Deutschland

Abstract

Die Wiedervereinigung Deutschlands hat in der BRD einen kräftigen Konjunkturimpuls ausgelöst, an dem Österreich überdurchschnittlich partizipiert. Zum guten Exportergebnis des Jahres 1990 haben Lieferungen nach Deutschland maßgeblich beigetragen. Von Österreichs Gesamtausfuhr entfielen 38%, von den Importen 44% auf Deutschland. Österreich ist auch für Deutschland ein wichtiger Handelspartner. Im Export nach Deutschland spielen hochwertige Erzeugnisse (Maschinen und Fahrzeuge sowie konsumnahe Fertigwaren) die wichtigste Rolle, besonders für Lieferungen nach Westdeutschland, während sich der Export nach Ostdeutschland eher auf bearbeitete Waren und Nahrungsmittel stützt.
