Erste Auswirkungen des wirtschaftlichen Umbruchs im Osten auf Österreich

Abstract

Obwohl gerade angesichts der enormen Umstellungsschwierigkeiten in den osteuropäischen Staaten mit positiven wirtschaftlichen Einflüssen erst in fernerer Zukunft gerechnet wird, zeigten sich schon im vergangenen Jahr gewisse Effekte: So expandierte der Export in die CSFR und nach Ungarn weit überdurchschnittlich, aber auch der Touristenstrom aus der CSFR ist um gut ein Drittel gewachsen. Nur auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zeigen sich noch wenig Auswirkungen.
