Langsame Erholung der Weltkonjunktur

Abstract

Der Abschwung der Weltkonjunktur hält an. Die erwartete Erholung in den USA ist bisher ausgeblieben. In Japan hat sich das Wirtschaftswachstum deutlich verlangsamt. Einige Länder in Europa sind in eine Rezession geraten (Finnland, Großbritannien, Schweden, Schweiz). Staaten, die direkt oder indirekt von der deutschen Wiedervereinigung profitieren, werden erst allmählich vom Sog der weltweiten Wachstumsrezession erfaßt. In der OECD insgesamt wird 1991 mit +1¼% die niedrigste Wachstumsrate seit 1982 erreicht werden. Der Aufschwung wird erst 1992 (+2½%) einsetzen (1993 +3%). In OECD–Europa wird die Konjunkturerholung noch schwächer ausfallen.
