Prognose der Weltwirtschaft bis 1993

Abstract

Nach einer merklichen Wachstumsabschwächung zwischen 1973 und 1985 hat die Weltwirtschaft seit Mitte der achtziger Jahre wieder an Dynamik gewonnen. Diese Entwicklung dürfte sich auch im Prognosezeitraum 1988/1993 fortsetzen. Bei relativ stabilen Zinssätzen, Wechselkursen und Rohstoffpreisen wird die Weltproduktion um 3½% und der Welthandel um 6% pro Jahr expandieren. Für die Industrieländer erwartet das WIFO bis 1993 ein jährliches Wirtschaftswachstum von fast 3%.
