Bundesvoranschlag 1990. Weiterer Abbau des Defizits

Abstract

Der Bund setzt 1990 die Budgetkonsolidierung fort. Er verringert das Defizit im Bundesvoranschlag auf 63 Mrd. S (1989 65 Mrd. S). Der Bundeshaushalt wird im nächsten Jahr leicht restriktiv wirken. Sowohl die Ausgaben für direkte Aufträge an die Wirtschaft als auch die Transfers an private Haushalte werden real eingeschränkt. Außerdem wird die Progressionswirkung der Lohnsteuer die Zunahme der verfügbaren Einkommen dämpfen. Mittelfristig läßt der Bundesvoranschlag 1990 einige Probleme erkennen. In manchen Bereichen stoßen die Ausgabeneinschränkungen an Grenzen, andere Ausgabengruppen sind von der Konsolidierung noch nicht erfaßt.
