State-Private Partnerships Forming In Forestry: Priorities And Mechanisms

Abstract

It is grounded the expediency of establishing collaborating relations between local authorities and forestry business subjects in order to increase forest resource potential of particular territories and to diversify the forest business. It is offered to create state-private partnerships in the field of forest debris recycling, logging, development of recreational forest using and extended potential's renovation of haunting sector. The priority directions for introduction of amendments to environmental regulations capable to provide necessary institutional preconditions for setting up collaborating relations in the field of restoration, recreation and protection of forest resource potential are determined.
