Abstract

The article deals with a rationalization of block of problems, related to practical using of Law of Ukraine from March 15, 2012, â„– 4524 "About the features of selling belonging to state shares of stock of banks recapitalized with state participation". Authors argued for making alterations in current legislation that regulate the order of selling belonging to state shares of stock of recapitalized banks. Taking into account gained experience, financial situation and prospects of recapitalized by state banks development, in the article time horizons optimal for state to exit from the capital of recapitalized banks has been determined.
