Abstract

The paper focuses on the current state and prospects for development of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Asian states in the context of the influence of Ukraine's integration with the countries of the Single Economic Space and the European Union, the passive balance with which is constantly growing, on the Asian integration vector. Following the world financial crisis in 2008, the role of China and India as the new global engines of the world economy attracted the attention of all the states and put special emphasis on our country's trade relations with the Asian nations and the Asian regional integration organizations as the key to successful development of Ukraine's economy in the 21 century.
