Prospects And Mechanisms Of Agricultural Sector Depressed Areas Investment

Abstract

The article reveals the causes of depression in rural areas. The basic institutional changes that have taken place in agriculture are analysed. Attention is focused on the need to diversify sources of investment of the agricultural sector depressed areas. We investigate the major trends of agricultural production of enterprises and private farms of Volyn' region in the context of the investment potential increase of the agricultural sector in the region. Business partnerships are defined as the most investment capable agricultural farm areas. The expediency of establishing a regional agricultural bank is grounded.
