Relationship For Economic And Financial Cycles

Abstract

Financial and economic cycles have a common initial driving force that is follows the resource model of economic cycles. The same critical points of the cycle, dated according the resource model, provide both recession and financial crises identification. Every financial crises shock (that is sharp and deep falling for main financial indexes) is observed in 3-4 months after the cycle critical point coming.
