Issuing Debt As An Important Part Of Diversification Of Sources Of Investment Security Development Of Regional Forestry Complex

Abstract

The article deals with the urgent problems of investment ensuring the development of regional forestry complexes in the modern world. The expediency of debt obligations’ issuing by forestry enterprises as an effective form of accumulation of financial resources is grounded. It is offered an issuing of debt obligations and investment funds for possible losses compensation and financing of forestry projects.
