Sectoral Aspects Of Priorities’ Choosing During Governmental Investment

Abstract

It is offered the scientific-methodological approach to choosing of priority branch for concession the governmental investments. It is formed the mathematical model for optimal distribution of financing’s part of infrastructural investment projects on the account of the state. It is made the practical calculations on the basis of given model by 2000-2011 years for three kinds of economic activity: 1) transport and communication; 2) education; 3) health protection and welfare benefits.
