Abstract

Este artículo investiga la relación entre tasas de interés e inflación para la economía chilena (1975/1979). Se contrasta una versión modificada de la hipótesis de Fisher. Sorprendentemente los resultados tienden a evidenciar el hecho de que en Chile, el ajuste ante cambios en la tasa de inflación se realiza aproximadamente en un mes.
