Analysis And Characterization Of The Plans And Formative Models In The Spanish Aquaculture

Abstract

The investigation analyzes and characterizes differentially plans and formative models in the Spanish aquacultural companies, it centres on the strategic own decisions of the formation of human resources. After the review of the literature there is studied the degree of proactivity/reactivity of the above mentioned formation, the managerial implication, the private expense and the type of demanded knowledge, the above mentioned analyses try to identify homogeneous or differentiated behaviours by cultures and subsectors, even searching spatial patterns, appearing five hypotheses which contrast and check was realized through the SPSS 19 program. Since result significant differences are identified by subsectors and/or cultures, this way the suppliers and piscicultural producers present a marked proactivity, major participation and implication in the assumption of expense and differential demanded knowledge with regard to other subsectors and/or cultures.
