Cooperation Of Galician Companies As Competitive Survival. The Case Of Cenor
Abstract
The current economic difficulties are helping what years ago professionals considered impossible: galician SME are collaborating in a competitive environment. In this work, the authors have analysed the strategic integration process of the company Hermanos Pena S.L. in the group CENOR. The authors have developed a previous diagnosis of the sectorial cooperation and the organizational tendency to collaborate of the company. They have also proposed a new methodology aimed to promote cooperation and professionalization of SMEs.Download Info
