Abstract

В статье анализируется организация инновационной деятельности компании с позиций процессного подхода. Автор рассматривает принципы реализации ключевых бизнес-процессов применительно к процессам от генерации идеи до коммерциализации новаций, что позволит данный подход использовать в качестве инструмента, создающего уникальные конкурентные преимущества компании.
