Abstract

Рассматриваются цели, формы, методы, классификация тарифных и нетарифных инструментов в области политики экономического покровительства государства национальных рынков. Подход к политике протекционизма через призму конкурентоспособности страны позволил обозначить критичные показатели качественных характеристик глобального индекса конкурентоспособности России.
