Abstract

Основными элементами механизма функционирования универсальной модели проектной стратегической оптимизации риск-системы предприятия выступают портфельный подход к принятию управленческих решений на базе комплексной оценки, диверсификационная политика, выбор которой зависит от рейтинговой стратегической позиции предприятия, и прогнозирование финансово-хозяйственной деятельности на основе предложенной автором методики оценки соответствия значимых параметров риск-системы регионально-отраслевым факторам.
