Abstract

В статье изложены экономический подход к организации волонтерского движения, сформулированы рекомендации по его использованию в добровольческой деятельности. Проведено различение экономических и финансовых основ организации добровольчества. Дана критика затратного подхода к оценке волонтерских проектов, обоснована необходимость комплексной социально-экономической оценки их эффективности. Особое внимание уделено проблеме согласования интересов участников волонтерского движения, сформулированы требования к институциональным нормам, обеспечивающим активное развитие добровольческой деятельности.
