Abstract

На примере моногородов рассматриваются общие проблемы развития микрорынков образовательных услуг и труда в условиях кризиса 2008-2009 гг. Анализируются предлагаемые муниципальным образованиям механизмы адаптации групп трудоспособного населения с повышенным риском (выпускники вузов, колледжей, работающая молодежь) к изменившимся требованиям рынка труда. Учреждениям активным участникам рынка образовательных услуг необходимо скорректировать образовательные программы с учетом посткризисных требований региональных социально-экономических отношений.
