Abstract

Для развития инновационной экономики большое значение имеет не только объем финансирования НИОКР, но и эффективность использования финансовых ресурсов. Деятельность бизнес-ангелов позволяет ускорить коммерциализацию исследований и разработок. Государство должно создавать благоприятные условия функционирования рынка венчурных инвестиций ранней стадии.
