Вклад Исследовательского Потенциала Университетов В «Экономику Будущего» С Учетом Институциональных Ограничений

Abstract

Рассмотрены контуры «экономики будущего». Признано, что будущее необходимо проектировать с учетом множащихся социально-эколого-экономических ограничений. Развиваться во взаимодействии должны три ключевых компонента: технологические прорывы, институциональные ограничения, социальные улучшения. Делается вывод, что в мире ощущается дефицит гуманитарных теорий при избытке идей технологических. Задача университетов выработать социально эффективный механизм массового трансфера технологий для приемлемого будущего.
