Повышение Эффективности Развития Туристской Индустрии На Основе Инновационных Подходов К Формированию Кластерной Структуры В Регионе

Abstract

Рассматриваются инновационные подходы к организации регионального управления на основе кластерных технологий, указываются сущность, ключевые понятия и принципы функционирования когнитивного кластера. Базовые элементы когнитивного кластера описываются в разрезе трех составляющих: когнитивные ресурсы (с точки зрения таких понятий, как коллективное сознание, инновация и информация); когнитивные технологии (через технологии познания, социально-телекоммуникационные сети и эколого-ориентированные технологии); когнитивные компетенции (они раскрываются через саморазвитие, социальную и творческую активность, а также стратегическое мышление).
