Особенности Труда И Роль Человека В Современном Обществе

Abstract

Автором на основе анализа ключевых теорий современного общественного развития обозначены особенности труда и роль человека. Даны обоснования того, что труд в контексте парадигмы развития современного общества обретает особый характер, так как его экономическую природу составляет не только материальная, но и духовная форма общественного богатства, в структуре которого постоянно возрастает значимость личностной составляющей. Поэтому приоритеты общественного сознания смещаются в сторону признания высшей ценности личности и необходимости поиска адекватных способов ее реализации.
