Корпоративный Капитал В Нефтегазовой Отрасли, Особенности Его Оценки

Abstract

Дано определение понятию «корпорация». Выделены преимущества корпорации как формы организации бизнеса. Сформулированы особенности корпоративного капитала. Рассмотрены финансовые отношения в рамках корпорации «Сургутнефтегаз», представлена структура капитала ее основных участников. Рассмотрены особенности оценки корпоративного капитала по показателям имущественного потенциала, финансовой устойчивости, ликвидности и платежеспособности, оборачиваемости, рентабельности и рыночной привлекательности.
