Irbaa (Базель II): преимущества и недостатки методологии

Abstract

Из-за наличия концентрации крупных заемщиков в кредитных портфелях российских банков методология IRBAA (Базель II), которую в полной мере планируется ввести в практику к 2015 г., нуждается в значительной коррекции. На основе выводов, предложенных учеными, а также данных искусственно сгенерированных кредитных портфелей мы вывели простую математическую формулу поправки на концентрацию, а также рассчитали критическое значение веса кредита, который может быть добавлен в портфель, не ухудшая точности базельской методологии.
