Abstract

В современных экономических условиях, характеризующихся постоянным усилением конкуренции и высокой динамикой внешней среды, предприятия вынуждены постоянно работать над созданием ключевых компетенций, способных обеспечить выживание и стабильное развитие в долгосрочной перспективе. В том числе это касается и сферы финансового управления. Традиционное бюджетирование во многих отраслях из эффективного инструмента управления постепенно превращается в сдерживающий фактор развития. В связи с этим стоит обратить внимание на достаточно молодую концепцию «За рамками бюджетов», которую уже активно применяют многие успешные западные предприятия и которая может стать основой успешного развития отечественных промышленных предприятий.
