AbstractIntellectual property is intangible property stemming from human creation. This together with material goods (as goods acquired by the company), and natural resources used or usable in the production of materials, forms part of the national wealth. Referred to as intellectual property rights are also rights relating to intellectual creation and its results, the most varied forms.
