Orgutlerde Kurumsallasma Duzeyinin Nepotizm Uzerine Etkisinin Incelenmesi: Hastane Calisanlari Ornegi
AbstractBu calismanin amaci, orgutlerde ilkelerin, politikalarin, uygulamalarin kisilerden bagimsiz olmasini ifade eden kurumsallasmanin, nepotizm uzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Arastirma, kesitsel (cross-sectional) tipte tanimlayici olarak tasarlanmistir. Arastirmanin verileri Istanbul ilinde faaliyet gostermekte olan ve randomize olarak secilmis 2 hastanedeki calisanlarindan toplanmistir. Buna gore hastanelerde calisan ve arastirmaya katilmayi kabul eden tum calisanlar arastirma kapsaminda yer almistir. Calisanlardan 299â€™u arastirmaya katilmayi kabul etmis ve orneklemi olusturmustur. Arastirma sonucunda kurumsallasma duzeyinin nepotizm uzerinde negatif yonde, zayif etkisinin oldugu ve regresyon modelinde %9â€™luk acikliyiciliga sahip oldugu saptanmistir.
