Contract Closing – Moment and Place of Closing Contracts by Electronic Means

Abstract

This paper includes two section. The initial one regards the principles governing the contract, that is contract freedom and good faith, ruled by the new Civil Code. The second section refers to the very specifics of contract closure by electronic means related to the moment and place of closure.
