Analiza Unui Model De Schimbare Organizationala
AbstractOrganizatiile parcurg de-a lungul vietii lor diferite etape ce prezinta anumite caracteristici si care influenteaza si sunt influentate de cultura organizationala. Edgar Schein a conceput un model care sa reflecte modalitatile specifice de schimbare in functie de etapa ciclului de viata a organizatiei. Mecanismele de schimbare a culturii organizationale sunt in corelare cu etapele vietii in care se afla firma. Lucrarea analizeaza principalele coordonate ale acestui model foarte cunoscut de catre teoreticienii si practicienii din domeniul managementului si evalueaza oportunitatea utilizarii sale.
