Abstract

Obiectivul cercetarii a constat in identificarea unor indicatori pentru masurarea gradului de utilizare a tehnologiilor informatice si de comunicatie (TIC) in dezvoltarea urbana si de concepere a unui Sistem Decizional Suport in vederea Imbunatatirii serviciilor electronice din orase. Instrumentul care va fi conceput pentru fundamentarea strategiei de dezvoltare urbana va permite integrarea serviciilor electronice in strategia de management urban pentru orase inteligente.
