Modern Approaches of the Banking Services in Knowledge Based Economy

Abstract

Nowadays, the unprecedented development of the information and communication technologies generates profound and irreversible changes of the entire society. Because of its specific characteristic features, the banking services’ field is one of the most dynamic sectors in the economy. Therefore, the paper presents some issues regarding the development of the electronic banking services and the importance of the creativity and innovation of banking services. The success factors in banking services are also presented and there are identified the strategic alternatives of the banking services management.
