Considerations Regarding The Expenditures For Objectives And Economic Activities In Romania During Financial Crisis

Abstract

Given its function of adjustment the economic processes, state made expenditures for activities and important economic goals financing commercial companies with state capital, private or mixed, the small farmers and other entrepreneurs. The operation of public economic sector is considered by economic theory, generally, ineffective, because the tendency of the budget support is a way by which governments try to avoid social discontent occurred after non-interventionist attitude of the government. This intervention method creates an incorrectly system in private economic entrepreneur treatment compared with the public one, changing supply-demand ratio. Belonging to a property sector should not be preferential or discrimination criteria. In this paper we will present the evolution of expenditures for economic objectives and activities in Romania during the financial crisis.
