La vida familiar de la mujer trabajadora andaluza

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo es una aproximación pionera en torno a la relevancia real que tiene la familia en la estructura social andaluza. Para ello hemos elegido examinar las opiniones de las mujeres trabajadoras andauzas en la industria y en los servicios por tratarse de un sector estratégico en la construcción de la realidad social. Los resultados han acreditado los profundos cambios que se están produciendo en la vida cotidiana de las familias andaluzas pues, lejos de la imagen de retraso, las mujeres trabajadoras de esta región evidencian una progresiva convergencia con el resto de las regiones españolas y europeas. Así, la estructura de la sociedad se encuentra en pleno proceso de cambio. ABSTRACT The present work is a pioneering approach around the real relevance that has in the social structure Andalusian. For this reason it we have chosen to examine the options of the workers Andalusian (in the industry and the service) to be a strategic sector in the construction of the social reality. The results have credited the deep chantes that are taking place in the daily life of the families. Andalusian then, far from the delay image, the women workers of this region demonstrate a progressive convergence with the rest Spanish an European regions. In this way, the structure of the society Andalusian is in total process of change.
