Variabilele mediului de afaceri in conditiile pietei economice integrate

Abstract

Integrarea in Uniunea Europeana este vazuta ca o solutie la multe dintre problemele societatii romanesti aflata in cautarea mijloacelor de modernizare si transformare economica. Admiterea in UE a urmat unei perioade de schimbari economice si sociale. Trebuie facuta o distinctie majora intre momentul aderarii si aderarea vazuta ca un proces gradual de schimbare a organizarii societatii romanesti, care va aduce compatibilitatea cu UE in privinta structurilor economice si institutionale. Integrarea poate fi mai mult sau mai putin lina, cu o diversitate de costuri si beneficii care depind de starea actuala a transformarilor din Romania. Cu cat Romania progreseaza mai mult din punct de vedere economic, concluzia ar fi ca ar putea face fata mai usor in mediul competitiv al Uniunii Europene. Chiar si in acest caz vor exista perdanti: sectoare si firme vor ramane in afara jocului pietei, cu consecinte pentru forta de munca nevoita sa se indrepte catre alte activitati. Realizarea unei alocari eficiente a resurselor (realocarea lor din sectoarele cu productivitate scazuta spre sectoarele cu productivitate inalta) este un proces necesar pentru o integrare de succes.
