Schulleiter-Lehrer-Erwartungen und die Folgen

Abstract

240 Schulleiter wurden nach ihren Erwartungen und Anspruechen gegenueber ihren Lehrpersonen befragt. Eine Clusteranalyse ergab zwei Gruppen von Schulleitern: An Schuladministration und Schulordnung orientierte (Gruppe I) und eher paedagogisch geleitete Schulleiter (Gruppe II). Die Schulleiter der Gruppe I weisen groessere Diskrepanzen zwischen Anspruechen / Erwartungen und Erfuellung derselben auf, glauben, an persoenlichem Aufwand mehr zu investieren als sie von den Lehrpersonen zurueck erhalten, dass die Mitarbeiter unberechtigte Erwartungen hegen und sind deutlich staerker enttaeuscht als die Schulleiter der Gruppe II. Die Daten wurden im Rahmen des Prinzips der Reziprozitaet des sozialen Austausches gedeutet.
