Les paysages, une nouvelle préoccupation dans la gestion des espaces périurbains
Abstract
Les mutations des espaces ruraux ne résultent plus seulement de l’évolution de l’économie agricole. Les villes ne cessent d’élargir leur zone d’influence sur leur environnement. Or, bien qu’ils soient particulièrement instables et dynamiques, les paysages périurbains sont l’objet de très fortes attentes. À travers eux, les populations cherchent notamment à s’enraciner dans leurs territoires par des images que des politiques d’aménagement, à toutes les échelles, tentent de matérialiser. En nous appuyant sur les résultats d’une thèse de géographie sociale, nous analyserons le contenu du discours public de gestion de ces paysages au regard des actions qui sont concrètement réalisées. Ainsi, nous démontrerons et expliquerons le décalage existant entre l’action publique telle qu’elle se dit et telle qu’elle se fait.Download Info
