Abstract

[fre] Les effets d'une aide publique sur les décisions d'emploi et d'investissement des entreprises. Une analyse économétrique sur l'industrie française du textile-habillement. . L'article présente les résultats d'une recherche qui propose une méthode d'évaluation des effets d'instruments de politique industrielle, notamment l'allégement de charges sociales, sur les décisions d'emploi et d'investissement des entreprises.. Un modèle explicatif de performance est construit et testé sur un échantillon représentatif de l'industrie du textile-habillement. C'est une base expéri­mentale de grand intérêt pour juger de l'intervention de l'État. Elle a été constituée en effet au moment de l'application du Plan Textile français, sur trois mille entreprises de cette industrie.. Le modèle proposé prend en compte les conditions des environnements des firmes, leurs caractéristiques et leurs actions stratégiques, ainsi que les différentes interventions de l'Etat pendant la période étudiée.. Des résultats et des implications sur l'efficacité des aides publiques sont présentés. [eng] The effects of a state aid on employment and investment decisions of firms an econometric analysis on the french textile and clothing industry. . The article presents the results of a research which proposes an evaluation method of the effects of State Intervention on Labour and Investment decisions. An explicative model of corporate performance is built and tested on a representative sample of textile and clothing industry.. It is an experimental data base of big interest to test the impact of state intervention. It has been built when the French scheme was in application, on 3000 firms of this industry.. The model takes into account the environmental conditions of firms, caracteristics and strategic actions, state interventions. Results and implications on efficiency of state aids are discussed.
