Abstract

[fre] L'analyse des marchés sectoriels du travail, appliquée au cas des industries agro-alimentaires, permet de montrer la singularité de cet ensemble, par rapport au reste de l'industrie, mais révèle également la très forte hétérogénéité des secteurs qui le composent. [eng] The analysis of sectorial labor markets, applied to the food industry case, shows the singularity of it, compared with the rest of industry, but also reveals the very deep heterogeneity among the sectors which compose this ensemble.
