Abstract

[eng] Analysis of the recent choices to apply the multiannual guidance programme for fisheries. We study the consequences of the EEC demand to reduce the fishing effort on the fishing fleet policy. [fre] Résumé : Analyse des choix récents d'application des programmes d'Orientation Pluri-annuels. La demande de la CEE en matière de réduction de l'effort de pêche ouvre la voie à une réflexion sur l'organisation et les relations actuelles entre les différents intervenants dans les politiques de renouvellement des flottilles.
