Abstract

[eng] At its use was spreading, from the very beginning of the 80s, the term « Productics » saw its content broaden. Strongly marked by industrial automation and data processing technologies, which it is born of, productics analysis was progressively enriched with economics, science of management and sociology contributions ; this shows what transformations extent « Productics » introduce into the way of thinking productive systems. Some food industries specifities, into which these technologies and management procedures are slowly making their way, allow to put forward some hypothesis as to the way of analysing them.
