Abstract

[eng] Tax and investment in agriculture - Lot of investment are needed in agriculture. So the tax law has to ensure a fair burden share that will not interfere with economic activities. It has also to help economic policy. The present tax rules allow an adequate renewal of équipements and a fair accounting for lands. Needs of money forbid implementation of rules which may delay permanently taxation. Nevertheless tax rules could help investment. So a new deduction was created in 1986. But the work to do for alleviating tax rates, obliges to keep tax bases as large as possible.
