Abstract

[eng] Compared characteristics of the german and the french agribusiness beef system - The bullmeat has permited the important development of the german beef production and thus the German Federal Republic is became a country which exports. This product has contributed too to organize an agribusiness beef system which is very similar of the french one. [fre] L'important développement de la production de viande bovine allemande grâce à un produit, le taurillon, a permis à la RFA de devenir un pays exportateur. Il a d'autre part contribué à organiser une filière qui, comparée à la filière viande bovine française, se révèle très proche.
