Abstract

[fre] L'analyse comparative des données budgétaires sur une longue période (1950-1980) montre qu'en dépit de l'aggravation de la crise des finances locales depuis 1965, il subsiste une certaine marge d'autonomie qui permet aux municipalités rurales de développer des modèles assez différents de gestion reflétant des choix entre des demandes locales concurrentielles. [eng] The comparative analysis of budgetary date for a long period of time (1950-1980) shows that in spite of local finance crisis aggravation since 1965, there subsists some marginal autonomy which allows rural municipalities to develop some different administration models reflecting choices between local competitive requests.
