Abstract

[eng] Development plans, instruments which were introduced in the French agricultural policy, are drawn up in similar ways as much as the problem to be solved is the same : to forecast the technical, economical and financial evolution of a farm over about six years. These methods vary however due to their origin, in general prior to 1 972 and to the preoccupations of those who conceived them. The article takes stock at the position in 1980. [fre] Les plans de développement, instruments introduits dans la politique agricole française par une directive de la CEE, sont élaborés par des méthodes similaires dans la mesure où le problème à résoudre est le même : prévoir révolution technique économique etfinancièred'une exploitation sur6ans environ. Ces méthodes diffèrent cependant du fait de leur origine antérieure, en général, à 1972, et des préoccupations de ceux qui les ont conçues. . Cet article fait le point de la question en 1980.
