    [eng] The cereal situation of the ussr and eastern europe in 1980 - What is the cereai policy envisaged by the Soviet economists in the tenth five-years plan ? What will be its consequences as far as the satisfaction of the cereal needs of Eastern Europe and the Western cereal market are concerned ? . Will the integration policy of each country lead to these farming specializations being revised or accepted ? It seems rather that in the vital cereal sector each country will pursue its traditional policy and will try to garantee its self-sufficiency, specialization being limited to certain products. [fre] Quelle est la politique céréalière préconisée par les responsables de l'économie soviétique dans le Xe plan quinquennal de U'URSS ? Quelles en seront les implications sur la couverture des besoins céréaliers de l'Europe Orientale et partant, sur le marché occidental des céréales ? . Les mesures d'intégration de chaque pays amèneront-elles à réviser ou à accepter les spécialisations agricoles ? il semble plutôt que dans le secteur vital des céréales, chaque pays poursuivra sa politique traditionnelle et cherchera à assurer au mieux son auto-suffisance, la spécialisation se limitant à certains produits.
