Abstract

[eng] Europe and risk capital . Risk capital is a financing tool for SMEs which developed in the United States and in Europe since ten years. The European Investment Bank largely supported this evolution and is prepared to strengthen its device to support the SME’s investment in a difficult economic situation and of « credit crunch » resulting from the financial crisis. . JEL Classification : G24, N24 [fre] Le capital-risque est un instrument de financement des PME qui s’est largement développé aux États-Unis et en Europe depuis une dizaine d’années. La Banque européenne d’investissement a largement soutenu cette tendance et s’apprête à renforcer son dispositif pour favoriser l’investissement des PME dans une conjoncture difficile et de renchérissement du crédit lié à la crise financière. .
